At Team Liquid, we want you to be fully satisfied with your apparel and gear. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal before dropping the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
